Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Falcab website and booking platform. This is a template for the Falcab platform — our operator must review and confirm final wording, including licensing details, before public launch.
Booking journeys
Falcab is a pre-booked private-hire service. Bookings are confirmed subject to driver availability. Prices shown at checkout are calculated by our pricing engine and confirmed before payment.
Payment
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Business account customers may be invoiced monthly per their account agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy. Cancelling within the notice window may incur a charge.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup, destination and passenger information. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the free allowance, extra stops, or changes made after booking.
Liability
Falcab acts as a booking and dispatch platform connecting passengers with private-hire drivers. Specific liability terms depend on the operator's licensing arrangement, to be confirmed before launch.
