Why we collect it
To provide and manage bookings, process payments securely via Stripe, communicate about journeys, meet private-hire record-keeping requirements, and improve our service.
Who we share it with
Assigned drivers (limited to what's needed for the journey), payment processors, email/SMS providers for notifications, and licensing authorities where legally required.
How long we keep it
Booking and compliance records are retained for the period required by applicable private-hire licensing regulations, which vary by licensing authority.
